- Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with their queries, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure their satisfaction
- Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve issues and make decisions
- Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure
- Interact with customers in real-time, making a meaningful impact on their experience with our company and clients

- *What You Will Be Doing**
- You will be a live chat assistant working in a customer support role
- At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business's website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions
- At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily
- *Contract and Compensation**
- Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $25 - $35 per hour
- Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
- Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
- *Skills and Background Needed**
- Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Be able to work independently
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Have 5+ hours availability per week
