• *Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
• Deliver an exceptional support experience
• Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers
• Provide a memorable and delightful experience

• *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be fluent in Spanish and English - while this role supports both, most calls are in English
• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• To be at least 18 years of age
