As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing administrative support, and acting as a rental backup in a fast-paced airport location. You'll have the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills through local training and hands-on experience, ensuring you're equipped to provide top-notch service to our customers.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs.
  • Gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental backup.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner, assisting customers as needed.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
  • Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
  • Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing.
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have worked 12 (twelve) months or more at most recent employer
  • Experience working late nights preferred
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
