- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients, partners, and internal teams through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate and manage creation processes, including live feed delivery, content distribution, and partnership client communication.
- Utilize QCut framework to create and distribute content globally, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Use ADT, Media Search, and feed program to find and distribute content to clients and partners worldwide.
- Update VC and Fiber plans for feedings related to agencies, ensuring seamless creation and coordination processes.
- Utilize Photoshop and Craftsmanship Chief to create and transfer thumbnails for ESPN Watch, as well as transfer content to the digital stage for various areas.
- Send out and convey daily live feed overviews to partnership clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate and investigate any feed issues with internal and external partners, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Input cut and refeed demands into Partnership Administrator for follow-up and dissemination to districts.
- Perform specialized roles and responsibilities within the TVU Maker stage for various worldwide shows.
- Assist the Task Workspace with TVU Packs and camera gear shipment for remote productions.
- Provide updated information continuously to all authorities, including Edge Store changes, Creation room changes, and other relevant updates.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including regulatory methods and content distribution through record (FTP, Hand-off it, We move, etc.).
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as customer support, creation, or partnership coordination.
- Strong understanding of customer support principles, creation processes, and partnership coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of related managerial and creation support work experience.
- Familiarity with sports, including but not limited to: Studio, Events, and ENG.
- Experience with content distribution through record (FTP, Hand-off it, We move, etc.).
