• *Your Day-to-Day**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient data entry
• Closing batch tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower)
• Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials
• Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry
• Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors
• Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements
• Understanding the management of Quality Systems and being familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
• Adhering to PPE requirements as required
• Other duties as assigned

• *Qualifications**

• Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required
• Associate degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience effectively managing data entry processes for a load of at least 30-50 open positions at any given time
• Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in manufacturing
• Experience with data analysis and quality assurance systems
