As an Overnight Customer Service Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:

• Working primarily in a remote setting, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a friendly demeanor while answering phone calls and effectively assisting clients
• Promptly dispatching technicians to assist customers and providing them with all necessary job details
• Fostering excellent relationships with clients and contributing to seamless business operations

• *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably within an HVAC company or similar field
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in computers and the ability to type 30 words per minute
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
