As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. You'll be the face of careerzynith, representing our brand and values, and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers. Your passion for helping others, combined with your product knowledge and technical skills, will enable you to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, chat, or other digital channels
- Conduct research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide product knowledge and consultative services to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- *What You Bring to the Role**
- 6 months or more of customer service experience in a similar role
- Reside within North Carolina or a nearby state (Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, or Tennessee)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High-speed internet connection (40mbps or faster)
