- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Training Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- **Coordinating New Hire Onboarding**: Develop and implement a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive documentation and support to set them up for success.
- **Leading Learning Sessions**: Design and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual classroom sessions.
- **Quality Audits and Knowledge Checks**: Conduct regular quality audits and knowledge checks to identify knowledge gaps and development needs among team members, providing targeted support to address these areas.
- **Tracking and Analyzing Performance**: Monitor and analyze new hire performance, attrition, and knowledge gaps to inform the development of training materials and programs that drive continuous improvement.
- **Implementing Innovative Training Modalities**: Design and implement new training modalities that enhance the customer experience, measured by decreases in agent-driven DSATs and increases in customer retention.
- **Scheduling and Delivering Continuous Education Sessions**: Schedule and deliver ongoing team continuous education sessions to ensure team members stay up-to-date with the latest skills and knowledge.
- **Supporting Training Material Development**: Collaborate with the Customer Care organization to create and improve training materials, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and team members.
- **Staying Current with Industry Trends**: Actively seek out opportunities for ongoing skill development, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service training.
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **Bachelor's Degree**: In a relevant field such as education, training, or a related field.
- **3+ Years of Experience**: In training and learning development, with a focus on customer service or a related field.
- **Experience Delivering Training**: Proven experience delivering training to peers, hourly team members, and senior management, both individually and in groups.
- **Proficiency in Computer Usage**: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
- **Willingness to Work Flexible Shifts**: Ability to work different shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Prioritization and Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems quickly and productively, and serve as a resource for specific problems.
