As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Utilize knowledge of streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills, to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide exceptional support

- *Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
- Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical support experience, with a strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
