Experienced Full Stack Sales Professional – Customer Growth Account Executive at careerzynith

As a key member of our Customer Growth Sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving growth and expansion for our existing customers, while also identifying and developing new leads in your territory.
- *About this Role**
As a Customer Growth Account Executive at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for working with existing customers to expand their product offerings and continue to help their business grow. This will involve identifying and developing leads in your territory, owning the whole sales process, including outbound prospecting calls, video meetings with clients, creating value propositions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You'll be held to goals in terms of monthly sales revenue and unit bookings, and will utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Work with existing careerzynith customers to expand their product offerings and continue to help their business grow
- Identify and develop leads in your territory, including prospecting forward sales and owning the whole sales process
- Utilize outbound prospecting calls, video meetings with clients, creating value propositions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals
- Collaborate with New Business Sales Team, Services, and Implementation teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
- Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to best position careerzynith products
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline
- *Do you have the right ingredients?**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in business development and inside sales closing experience. You'll also need to have a history of meeting and exceeding monthly sales performance goals, as well as excellent time management and organization skills. Additionally, you'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a competitive and resilient nature, and a self-driven sense of motivation.

- *Special Sauce**
While not essential, experience with Salesforce CRM and Sandler Sales Training would be a great asset in this role.
