- *What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Support Consultant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Meeting and exceeding team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, products, and services
- Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
- Applying the latest customer happiness practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining a working knowledge of careerzynith's products and services
- Collaborating with developers and other departments to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer experiences
- *What You Need to Succeed:**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly resolve complex technical issues
- A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
- *Nice to Have:**
While not required, experience with CRM systems and a background in crypto/finance would be a significant advantage in this role.
