  • *The Role**

As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice and support via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their experience, and that no questions or concerns go unanswered. You'll be working closely with our sales and production teams to resolve any issues that may arise, and to provide our customers with the best possible service.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in the B2B or e-commerce industry
  • Knowledge of online printing and e-commerce industry trends and best practices

  • Strong knowledge of German language and culture (as we primarily serve the German market)
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and be self-motivated
