As a Manager, Operations Consulting – Customer Service, you will be responsible for helping organizations improve their customer interface, service delivery, and middle and back-office operations. You will work on product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs to drive both growth and profitability. You will use customer insights and market analytics to help clients make smarter decisions, integrate products and services, and optimize their customer operations to enable sustainable growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Help organizations improve their customer interface, service delivery, and middle and back-office operations
  • Work on product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs to drive both growth and profitability
  • Use customer insights and market analytics to help clients make smarter decisions, integrate products and services, and optimize their customer operations to enable sustainable growth
  • Identify and address client needs
  • Supervise and coach professional teams
  • Develop and manage project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and resource allocation to drive successful project execution and delivery
  • Create comprehensive solution design documents detailing system architecture, data flows, and integration points for stakeholder review and implementation guidance
  • Maintain JIRA RAID logs to track and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution
  • Lead product management efforts, overseeing product lifecycle from conception to delivery to meet business goals and market demands
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience
  • In the alternative, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience
  • At least one year of experience with each of the following:
  • + Leading product management efforts, overseeing product lifecycle from conception to delivery to meet business goals and market demands+ Maintaining JIRA RAID logs to track and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution+ Developing and managing project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and resource allocation to drive successful project execution and delivery+ Creating comprehensive solution design documents detailing system architecture, data flows, and integration points for stakeholder review and implementation guidance

  • 80% telecommuting permitted
  • Must be able to commute to the designated local office
