  • *About careerzynith**

careerzynith develops innovative conversational AI technology that addresses the complex challenges in housing and healthcare. Our solutions have a profound impact on people's lives and society as a whole. We're not just building technology; we're creating a better world. If you're passionate about making a difference and working on high-impact problems, then careerzynith is the perfect place for you.

  • *The Role**

As a Customer Success Enablement Manager, you will design, execute, and continuously improve training and enablement programs for our Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Your primary goal will be to equip every CSM with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across our customer base. You will own the CSM onboarding process, ongoing skills development, certification, and performance measurement, ensuring that every CSM is empowered to succeed.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Own CSM Enablement Strategy**: Design, implement, and iterate on a comprehensive enablement roadmap for the CS organization, aligning with careerzynith's overall business objectives.
  • **Accelerate Ramp**: Develop onboarding programs that shorten time-to-productivity for new CSMs and newly launched products, ensuring a seamless transition into the role.
  • **Develop Ongoing Curriculum**: Create role-specific learning paths covering product expertise, customer success best practices, and industry insights, keeping CSMs up-to-date with the latest knowledge and trends.
  • **Partner Cross-Functionally**: Collaborate with CS Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to surface enablement needs and embed best-in-class practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • **Leverage Tech Stack**: Ensure that tools like Planhat and Gong are configured and adopted to maximize CSM efficiency and insight, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • **Drive Content & Resource Creation**: Produce playbooks, success-plan templates, QBR guides, case studies, and competitive intelligence tailored for CS use, providing CSMs with the resources they need to succeed.
  • **Certify & Coach**: Build assessments and certifications to validate knowledge retention, and provide call/meeting coaching and actionable feedback based on Gong & customer interactions, helping CSMs improve their skills and performance.
  • **Measure Impact**: Define KPIs and maintain dashboards to quantify program effectiveness, ensuring that the enablement strategy is aligned with business objectives and driving growth.
  • **Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team**: Help us build a world-class team by attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and innovation.
  • *Requirements**
  • At least 3-5 years of CSM enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup, with a proven track record of designing and executing effective enablement programs.
  • Demonstrated experience building enablement programs from the ground up for CSM or post-sales teams, with a deep understanding of Customer Success workflows and associated metrics.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and wearing multiple hats, with excellent instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Bonus: previously was a high-performing SDR, AE, or CSM; directly engaged with prospects or customers, with a deep understanding of the sales and customer success processes.
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
