- *About You**
If you're passionate about providing great support to traditionally underserved customers and scaling that support for a business focused on financial empowerment, we want to hear from you. As a customer success specialist at careerzynith, you'll thrive in a high-intensity role with an ambitious workload. You'll be comfortable in a remote work environment and have prior experience (2+ years) working in a professional customer support and/or account servicing role for an early-stage or high-growth consumer fintech startup.
You'll be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, handles shifting priorities fluidly, and works effectively with cross-functional teams. You'll enjoy leveraging customer support interactions to find and report bugs internally, and have experience interfacing with engineering. Early-stage startup experience and a demonstrated ability to learn rapidly are essential. Proficiency in SQL is a bonus.

As a customer success specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the 3rd member of our two-person customer success team, with input in long-term support and servicing decisions. You'll help establish the customer success foundation for the entire company, supporting our customers while scoping self-serve features and scaling servicing operations. You'll have a little bit of everything, and we're excited to see you grow and evolve with our company.
