As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for providing warm, responsive support across various channels, including email, chat, and phone. You'll build rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to learn and adapt quickly, will enable you to create a consistent, top-tier customer experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide warm, responsive support across email, chat, and phone

  • Use scripts and tools to create a consistent, top-tier customer experience
  • Assign leads to the right partner agents or teams
  • Troubleshoot questions or concerns with clarity and care
  • Flag issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team as needed
  • Jump in on additional tasks to help keep things running smoothly
  • *What You'll Bring:**
  • Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
  • Internet speed of at least 50Mbps to make video and VoIP calls
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • *Bonus Points:**
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support platforms
  • Google Workspace familiarity
  • Experience with high-volume call environments
  • Basic real estate knowledge
  • B2B customer support
