  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Engagement Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing warm, responsive support across email, chat, and phone to customers navigating their home-buying journey
  • Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey
  • Utilizing scripts and tools to create a consistent, top-tier customer experience
  • Assigning leads to the right partner agents or teams to ensure seamless support
  • Troubleshooting questions or concerns with clarity and care, and flagging issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team as needed
  • Participating in additional tasks to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently
  • *The Role**
  • Hourly Pay: $16 USD/hour
  • Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Duration: 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension
  • Schedule: Shifts available between 7 AM – 7 PM US Central Time
  • Location: Remote, USA only
  • Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.

  • 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)

  • High School diploma or equivalent
