• *Responsibilities**

As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing Marketing Mix Models for various business initiatives
• Transforming version outcomes into insights to help stakeholders understand historical media effects and trends in media performance
• Developing and delivering productive, insightful analytic displays that provide consultative paths to key stakeholders
• Building diverse statistical models for careerzynith business initiatives and business problems
• Performing exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and validate data

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting
• Proficiency in R or Python for data mining
• Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to summarize and present advanced analytics to senior leadership

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining
• Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm
• Knowledgeable in marketing or media blend modeling
• Expert in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies
• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• *Required Education**

• Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research

• *Preferred Education**

• Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research

• *Compensation and Benefits**

The base pay provided will consider internal fairness and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term performance incentive devices may be provided as part of the compensation package, similar to the entire range of clinical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the scope and role provided.
