- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Dutch Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Maintaining high-quality standards in all interactions with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Improving performance by analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Dutch (written and oral) and English (B2) language proficiency.
- Previous customer experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
