    What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support
  • quality improvement (QI) initiativesacross clinical and compliance programs
  • Analyse and interpret
  • healthcare performance datato identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track
  • quality metrics and outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to
  • monitor, evaluate, and enhance care quality programs
  • Ensure alignment with
  • regulatory requirements and accreditation standards (e.g. NCQA)
  • Prepare documentation and insights for
  • audits, surveys, and compliance reviews
  • Conduct both
  • quantitative and qualitative analysisto support decision-making
  • Identify risks and develop
  • actionable improvement plans
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on projects and initiatives
    What You Bring
  • 3+ years’ experience in
  • healthcare, including 2+ years inquality improvement or managed care
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in
  • data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement
  • Experience working with
  • healthcare quality frameworks (e.g. HEDIS, STARS, NCQA)
  • Advanced skills in
  • Excel(data analysis, reporting) and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
  • Strong business writing and ability to present insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
    Nice to Have
  • Experience with
  • Medicare or Medicaid programs
  • Background in
  • public health, clinical fields, or healthcare analytics
  • Certifications such as
  • CPHQ or HEDIS-related credentials
