As a remote Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.   • *Responsibilities**

As an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple service accounts for dental practices, including developing positive business relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Explaining service programs, setting customer expectations, and providing consistent communication and updates
  • Overseeing account progress to ensure timely completion and resolving customer issues
  • Learning and navigating our knowledge base of dental insurance in-network participation and providing reports to customers
  • Collaborating with an assistant to complete assigned tasks after reaching a full account load
  • Providing articulate, effective written and verbal communication to educate and explain options to customers
  • *Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Some office/computer work experience
  • Comfort with Google Drive or the Microsoft Office suite and willingness to navigate new software
  • Strong organization skills and ability to learn/absorb new information
  • Articulate, effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Long-term team player mentality, with potential for future opportunities in leadership and development

We provide thorough training and support to ensure your success in this role. Our training program includes:

  • Online courses to learn our knowledge base of dental insurance in-network participation
  • On-camera/screens share training to learn new software and tasks
  • Peer assistance to help you navigate any challenges you may face
  • Opportunity to work in the Assistant role first, learning how to onboard accounts and complete tasks accurately
  • *Compensation and Benefits**

As a full-time Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy:

  • $20.38/hour or $42,400 annual starting pay
  • Compensation increase evaluated between 6-12 months
  • 3 Weeks (15 days) PTO, accrued
  • Paid holidays: MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day/day after, Christmas Eve through New Years Day
  • Full Paid Medical Benefits (Cigna PPO, eligible between 60-90 days of successful employment) with robust supplemental offerings for dental, vision, telehealth (dermatology, mental health, and 24/7 care)
  • Flexible Schedule after initial training (~4 weeks), allowing you to set your schedule to begin/end within normal business hours M-F
