Digital Product Manager, Search & Content (Temp, Remote, US)
About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Product Manager, Search & Content to lead the strategy and execution of organic search and content optimization across our digital ecosystem. This role will own SEO tooling (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console), content performance frameworks, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution to drive discoverability, engagement, and business impact across multiple brands.
This individual will partner closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to continuously optimize search performance and content effectiveness, while also playing a key role in supporting and executing GTM initiatives for OpCos, particularly during product launches, campaigns, and high-priority business initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Search, Content & GTM Ownership (Strategy + Execution)
· Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic search and content optimization, including SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console) and content performance frameworks
· Partner with marketing and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for launches, campaigns, and key business initiatives
· Translate GTM priorities into SEO and content plans, including keyword strategy, content planning, and optimization for launch visibility
· Define and track KPIs including rankings, traffic, content engagement, and search-driven conversions tied to GTM performance
· Drive continuous optimization across content structure, on-page SEO, and technical SEO improvements
· Analyze search and content performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
OpCo Execution & Support
· Directly support and execute GTM deliverables for OpCos as needed, including:
o SEO and content support for product launches and campaign rollouts o Keyword research, optimization, and search readiness for new offerings o Content updates, landing page input, and messaging alignment
· Balance hands-on execution with strategic ownership, stepping in to deliver work when OpCos lack resources or require additional support
· Ensure consistency and quality across OpCo deliverables by applying standardized frameworks, tools, and best practices
Center of Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership
· Act as a center of excellence lead for search and content capabilities, supporting OpCos with best practices, tools, and scalable frameworks
· Partner cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure alignment on GTM priorities, content strategy, and SEO execution
· Provide both strategic guidance and executional support to OpCos, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery
· Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve content quality, campaign performance, and search visibility at scale
Flexible Scope & Additional Marketing Ownership
· Support and lead adjacent digital marketing initiatives as business needs evolve, including but not limited to:
o Content strategy and governance o Website experience and messaging optimization o Personalization and campaign enablement o New channel or platform testing (e.g., emerging AI search experiences)
· Identify gaps in the digital ecosystem and step in to own high-impact initiatives as priorities shift
· Contribute to broader digital marketing, MarTech, AI, and GTM initiatives in collaboration with product, marketing, and analytics teams
What You’ll Bring
· 3–7+ years of experience in digital product management, SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing optimization
· Proven experience supporting and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, campaigns, or digital initiatives
· Experience both defining strategy and executing deliverables, particularly in SEO, content, or launch environments
· Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, or similar platforms
· Strong understanding of search algorithms, keyword strategy, and content optimization techniques
· Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms
· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear product decisions and actionable insights tied to business outcomes
· Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders in a cross-functional, multi-brand environment
· Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bonus Qualifications
· Experience aligning SEO/content strategies to product launches or campaign-based GTM motions
· Experience with AI-driven search optimization, AI Overviews (AIO), or emerging
