Responsibilities

- Manage client profiles, bookings, and travel arrangements, including flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge-related details
- Prepare client documents and travel tips, ensuring seamless travel experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve client issues
- Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
- Continuously grow and develop your skills, implementing tools and strategies to enhance our remote workplace culture
