As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish, you will play a critical role in our 24/7 operational call center, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information to our clients. You will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone and email, delivering precise and timely information based on approved response materials. You will also be required to accurately input information into the Customer Database, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and appropriate categorization of contact subjects and resolutions.

- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from travelers worldwide regarding applications handled by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) associated with re-entries, visa renewals, and travel/immigration matters.
- Interact with customers via phone and email, delivering precise and timely information based on approved response materials.
- Effectively manage multiple inquiries in a single email, utilizing government-approved templates for responses.
- Accurately input information into the Customer Database, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and appropriate categorization of contact subjects and resolutions.
- Escalate any reportable communication to the relevant department as necessary.
- Provide clarification on policies and procedures for travelers, offering useful information on general travel assistance and DHS claims filing.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support both the team and our customers.
