As a Customer Engagement Manager at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and leading a team of retail and pet care associates. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Pet Parent Engagement:** Set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
- **Associate Leadership:** Lead a team of retail and pet care associates who will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.
- **Overall Retail Initiatives:** Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions and building connections with pet parents.

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or pet care.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire associates.
- Strong knowledge of pet solutions and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in retail or pet care.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
