About the Role
As a Customer Support Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, generating consumer loyalty, and ensuring our clients' confidence in their promotional goals. You'll be an integral part of our supportive and forward-thinking team, working remotely and collaborating with our clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
- Promote sales for client programs, products, and services, utilizing basic selling skills to engage and present solutions to customers
- Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Customer Service Representative standards
- Multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Meet or exceed sales targets for client programs, products, and services
- Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions, with minimal errors
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Customer Service Representative standards
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and speak to customers
- Flexible schedule, with a willingness to work varied shifts and adapt to changing priorities
- Preferred skills and experience:
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
- Cashier experience
