As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers with empathy and professionalism
• Assisting with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
• Providing information and support for payroll-related inquiries
• Utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns
• Documenting information and outcomes as necessary

• *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. To ensure your success, we require:

• A computer with Windows 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free space
• High-speed, hardwired internet
• Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset
• Webcam for certification experience
