- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Utilizing various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or interacting with customers
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Online business part administration specialist certification after completion of a 14-day training program
- Previous customer service experience (desired but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bilingual capabilities (desired but not required)
