- *Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll work remotely from 6:00pm-2:30am, Monday through Thursday, and 3:30pm-12:00am on Sunday, earning a competitive hourly rate of $20. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and dispatching technicians to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries
- Initiating outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls
- Handling various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately
- Dispatching the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference
- Utilizing Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs
- Proactively communicating with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
- Communicating with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details
- Performing administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To live in Illinois and be familiar with the surrounding Chicagoland area
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
- Previous dispatch experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to manage priorities, and workflow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to work from home efficiently
- Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends
