As a Customer Support Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for leading a team of advisors who provide exceptional support to our clients. Your goal will be to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services, while building trust and loyalty with our customers. You'll work proactively in a fast-paced environment to monitor client orders, resolve issues, and provide coaching and feedback to your team.

  • Manage advisors responding to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Provide comprehensive training and coaching to support advisors in meeting client needs and company objectives
  • Support career development of advisors through regular feedback and performance discussions

  • Analyze trends and historical data to identify performance gaps and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with HR and senior management to address employee issues and develop solutions
  • Respond to escalated client care requests, inquiries, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
