  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative, Tier 1, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding incoming calls, chats, and emails to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Consulting with customers to understand their business needs and recommending best practices in the use of our software
  • Nurturing customer relationships to build trust and loyalty
  • Participating in the ongoing creation and updating of best practices for the role and department
  • Operating across department boundaries to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Consistently increasing your knowledge of our software and the industry
  • Collaborating with other departments to help customers achieve their goals
  • Willingness to work over 40 hours when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Helping customers become experts on our product, including using all features to the fullest

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and support skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
  • Experience in delivering technology training in a corporate setting, either in-person or via the web
  • Project development experience, with a focus on customer success
  • Ability to work well across departments and prioritize customer needs

  • *Work Environment**

Our team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we're used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Standard working hours for this position are 8:00am - 5:00pm MST. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

  • *Compensation**

The target compensation for this position is $17.00 - $19.75 per hour in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
