Imagine starting your workday by simply logging into your company-provided computer from your quiet, home office in the Philippines. Given our U.S. based operations, your shift will likely be during the evening or graveyard hours in the Philippines, perfectly aligning with a stable and consistent schedule. You patiently guide them through the process, answering their questions about policies and fees with a positive attitude. Between calls, you might check in with your virtual team, send a brief email to a Supervisor for support on a complex issue, or review a new policy update. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Be a Champion for Our Customers: As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Customers, responsible for providing high-quality support across various communication channels.
- Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to Customers' needs and challenges, then use your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions.
- Information & Guidance: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about flight schedules, booking policies, baggage fees, and other services.
- Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all Customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment.

- Exceptional English Communication Skills: A clear, confident, and professional communication style, both verbally and in writing.
