  • *Job Summary**

Our Talent Managers work in a team environment and have responsibility for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients. You'll market our services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in administrative and customer support departments. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities. You'll also manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates, provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates, and participate in local trade association and networking events to increase careerzynith's presence in the local business community.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the administrative and customer support markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results
  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates to ensure their needs are met and they're satisfied with their experience
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase careerzynith's presence in the local business community
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, sales initiatives, and other business development programs
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and other external factors to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years of administrative or customer support experience, preferably in a business development or sales role
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development in a metrics-driven environment, with a proven track record of success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment
  • Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships
  • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
  • Positive attitude and an engaging business-like approach

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development in a metrics-driven environment, with a proven track record of success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment

  • *Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

At careerzynith, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $68,640 to $71,000 per year, depending on experience and location
  • Bonus pay: Eligible for bonus pay based on individual and team performance
