As a part-time Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in providing superb customer service to our clients and helping keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Making follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
• Assisting with various office tasks, such as data entry and filing
• Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and improve our services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Past customer service experience

• Experience with Acowin or other digital dispatch systems
