Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Telecommute Opportunity with careerzynith

- *Role Description**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions to complex issues.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
- Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance when needed
- Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues
- *Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Health care experience
- *Telecommuting Requirements:**
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a careerzynith approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
- *Pay and Benefits:**
careerzynith offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment.
