As a Japanese speaking Customer Service Senior Representative at careerzynith Healthcare, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and empathetic support to resolve issues and concerns
- Conducting research to respond to customer inquiries, interpreting policy provisions, and determining the most effective response
- Independently resolving customer complaints, grievances, and appeals, ranging from routine to moderate complexity
- Utilizing established departmental procedures, HIPAA regulations, and corporate policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Strong proficiency in both speaking and writing Japanese
- Strong proficiency in speaking English
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required; call center experience a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high-level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
- Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
