Retention / CRM Manager
An international company providing solutions in the Betting and FinTech industries is looking for a Retention / CRM Manager with relocation to Cyprus or the option to work remotely.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop user communication strategies, including creating email, SMS, push notification campaigns, as well as communication through messengers and on-platform promotions.
- Analyze data, prepare regular reports on key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve retention strategies.
- Segment the player database based on various criteria such as activity, preferences, engagement level, and LTV.
- Requirements:
- Experience in Betting / iGaming / Forex as a CRM Manager or Retention Manager (European GEOs, white label projects).
- Strong understanding of automated CRM campaigns and analytical processes.
- Deep knowledge of the betting industry: user behavior, gaming mechanics, bonus systems, game types, and the impact of key metrics such as retention, LTV, ARPU, and ROI on project performance.
- English proficiency at B1+ level for communication within the team.
- Knowledge of SQL will be considered an advantage.
