- Fully remote for California-licensed candidates, or hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) across any of the following locations:

Job Details
The Labor & Employment Group carries a national reputation defending employers in complex litigation, administrative proceedings, and the legislative forum — representing clients across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, transportation, entertainment, and financial services.
- What you'll work on:
- Wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
- Employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation litigation
- Government enforcement actions — DLSE, DFEH, EEOC, NLRB
- Union/management relations — organizing campaigns, grievance arbitration, contract negotiations
- Advice and counseling on hiring, discipline, termination, and compensation
- Employee handbook and personnel policy drafting and revision
- Workforce restructuring — layoffs, WARN Act compliance, mergers and acquisitions
- Looking for:
- California Bar admitted
- Management-side labor & employment experience
- Class action or PAGA defense background preferred
- Open to 2nd year Associates to Of Counsel
