Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

Role Overview
The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a senior strategic and operational partner to the Vice President of Data Center Facility Operations. Acting as a force multiplier, the CoS drives alignment, execution rigor, and clear decision-making across OCI's global data center delivery portfolio, directly influencing infrastructure reliability, security, and growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive priorities, staff agendas, and strategic initiative tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs and special projects, ensuring timely execution and clear accountability.
- Prepare executive communications, reports, stakeholder updates, and risk/investment justifications.
- Analyze business issues to surface actionable insights for OCI leadership decision-making.
- Oversee the rhythm-of-business: executive meetings, operating reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Identify and address systemic gaps to improve delivery predictability, cost control, and schedule adherence.
- Partner with regional leaders, PMO, and finance to monitor portfolio health, execution risks, and capital deployment.
- Facilitate annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and long-range capacity strategy.
- Lead organizational effectiveness efforts, including workforce planning, onboarding, leadership development, and special projects for governance and process enhancement.

- Experience supporting senior executives in strategy, operations, or large-scale program roles, preferably in high-growth or complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate amidst ambiguity with high judgment and discretion.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills; can synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in data center delivery, infrastructure programs, consulting, or strategic operations.
- Proven record managing cross-functional initiatives and driving business outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Able to comply with applicable customer or client-facing requirements, such as immunizations or occupational health mandates (where required).
