Healthcare Sales Representative – Remote (Commission-Based | High Earnings)
InCareMD is hiring motivated Healthcare Sales Representatives to support our expansion across the United States. We provide medical billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and patient support services to clinics and healthcare providers.
This is a full-cycle sales role designed for professionals who are confident in generating leads, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals.
Important Compensation Notice
This is a 100% commission-based position (no base salary).
Earnings up to $150,000+ annually are performance-based and not guaranteed.
Top performers in this role have the potential to earn six-figure income through recurring commissions.
Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare sales team as a Remote Healthcare Sales Representative. In this fast-paced role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect healthcare providers, clinics, and medical organizations with InCareMD’s services.
Your proactive approach will drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver impactful service presentations. This role offers an opportunity to earn recurring income while contributing to meaningful improvements in healthcare operations.
Role Overview
You will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing and onboarding clients—while working independently in a remote environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads (clinics, medical practices, healthcare providers)
- Conduct outreach via phone calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage prospects through virtual meetings and service presentations
- Perform needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Schedule demos and follow up consistently
- Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
- Provide ongoing account support and relationship management
- Compensation Structure
- 10%–15% commission during the initial client contract
- Renewal commissions on contract extensions
- Lifetime residual income (1%–2%) as long as the client remains active
- Additional performance-based incentives
- Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills (English required)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals
- Preferred Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, medical billing, or SaaS
- Experience conducting demos and sales presentations
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Background in account management and customer relationship building
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
