Role Description

We’re now looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative with strong Virtual Assistant skills - someone kind, organized, and eager to grow. You’ll be the first point of contact for our students and clients, creating a warm, supportive, and efficient experience throughout their journey. You’ll also help keep our operations running smoothly through various administrative and coordination tasks. What you’ll do

Customer Service

  • Customer interaction via email, chat, phone, video conference and social media channels according to guidelines set out by the company.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, events, and policies.
  • Track and follow up on customer requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Keep a record of all your customer interactions according to the department workflow.
  • Ensure that customers are attended on time, with love & care according to the guidelines received from the manager.
  • Assist students with technical or account-related questions (login issues, payments, access to materials, etc.).
  • Provide feedback and detect problems that could improve the overall customer experience.

Virtual Assistant Support

  • Manage, organize and update files, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Support the coordination of online and onsite events.
  • Update and maintain databases, CRM tools, and content platforms.
  • Prepare reports and help streamline daily administrative workflows.
  • Maintain and create customer master files.
  • Assist with various customer service-related projects.
  • Update the Knowledge Base.
  • Assist in the management of the Customer Service Department's needs.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and help identify improvement areas.
  • Communicate any problems or issues to management for resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences / Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Customer Service department or in a similar role.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
  • You are a people person☺️
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken, C1+ level).
  • Versatile and flexible.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High customer orientation and friendliness.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, team-player mindset.

Job Type

Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) remote position.
