- *Job Summary**
As a Talent Manager – Administrative & Customer Service, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, site visits, and networking events
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
- Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participating in local trade association and networking events to increase careerzynith's presence in the local business community
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, site visits, and networking events
- Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
- Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase careerzynith's presence in the local business community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates
- *Qualifications**
- Degree preferred
- 1+ years industry experience preferred
- 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics-Driven environment
- At least one year of success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment
- Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships
- Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
- Knowledge and familiarity with industry department operations
- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Competitive salary range: $65,000 to $72,000
- Bonus pay for talent professional positions
