We're looking for a highly skilled chatbot specialist to design, build, and maintain automated mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating smooth, engaging, and strategic automated flows that reflect the premium feel of our brand and effectively guide the right people to our offers.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Design and build mini-chatbot setup for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs
- Integrate with ManyChat, Chatfuel, or similar platform
- Create chat flows for: + Free webinar registrations+ Filter questions for mentoring programs+ Follow-up automation+ DM keyword replies (e.g. “LOVE”, “RETREAT”, “PROGRAM”)
- Develop a friendly, feminine tone of voice with premium positioning
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration and strategic input
- *Ideal Candidate**
- Proven experience with FB & IG chatbot setup
- Fluent in English (Bulgarian is a bonus, but not required)
- Experience with female audiences, coaching, self-development, or premium brands is a plus
- Ability to work independently with strategic input from our team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
