Managing Creative Director
Guild Brands is seeking a fully remote Managing Creative Director to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our creative function. This role will shape a distinctive brand voice, elevate the customer experience, and drive high-impact creative across all channels. As a key leader, you’ll partner closely with executive and cross-functional teams while building and inspiring a high-performing creative organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead Creative Vision: Define and elevate a distinctive, best-in-class creative direction for Guild Brands across all channels, including digital, print, photography, video, and copy
Team Management: Build, mentor, and guide a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment
Drive Strategic Execution: Translate business goals, customer insights, and market trends into compelling, on-brand creative that enhances the customer journey
Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee creative workflows, timelines, and budgets to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget while improving efficiency and scalability
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to create a seamless, engaging, and brand-consistent customer experience
Manage External Partnerships: Develop and oversee agency and vendor relationships to expand creative capabilities and scale content production
Other Responsibilities as assigned Qualifications
10 + years of progressive leadership experience, including 5 + years as a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director
Experience successfully managing a multi-discipline team across writing, design, art direction functions
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into creative execution across omni-channel brands The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. The salary offered will be based on relevant experience, physical location, and organizational impact, and is one part of the company’s overall compensation package. Benefits
