WordPress / LMS Developer Needed, Urgent, Immediate Start
We are looking for a skilled WordPress developer with strong LMS experience to take over and complete an active multi-site build hosted on WP Engine. The platform uses LearnPress as the LMS backbone. Most of the infrastructure is already in place, we need someone who can hit the ground running, fix what's broken, and deliver working functionality fast. This is not a discovery project. Speed and accuracy are the priority.
TIMELINE: 10 working days from start. Non-negotiable.
SCOPE OF WORK — What needs to be delivered:
Repair and complete broken multisite landing pages. hero section, CTA, FAQ, trust signals, full mobile optimization, and redirect logic to the central LMS backend
Implement state-based course routing at registration, users are routed to the correct course based on a state dropdown field added to the registration form
Build a clean, idiot-proof voucher/coupon redemption flow, includes lead capture (name, email, phone), screenshot-guided instructions, error handling, and success confirmation page
Set up a multi-course system (3 courses) — each with separate enrollment logic, course-specific completion pages, and user validation
Build a simple slot-booking system for one hybrid course variant — user selects a date/time after course completion, admin-managed, confirmation email sent automatically
Implement a certificate upsell via Stripe — free certificate delivered on a delay, with a paid instant delivery option at checkout
Integrate a chatbot and FAQ system accessible from all pages — plugin-based, no custom build required
Set up a basic support ticket system for centralizing customer communication
Full QA pass on staging before any live deployment — video walkthrough required for each milestone before payment is released
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
LearnPress LMS — must have at least 2 live projects built on LearnPress (links required in proposal)
Elementor Pro — proficient with multisite builds, able to diagnose and fix broken page builders quickly
WP Engine multisite — comfortable with WP Engine environments, staging, and SSL setup
Payment integration — experience with payment flows inside WordPress / LearnPress
Booking plugin experience — simple slot-booking implementation, plugin-based preferred
Security knowledge — familiar with Wordfence or equivalent, able to identify and resolve malware issues properly

Every milestone payment is released ONLY after a screen-share or Loom video walkthrough proving the work is fully functional. "Done" is not accepted as proof.
No DNS changes, domain switchovers, or live deployments without our written sign-off after staging QA is complete.
We have a full-time operations lead on this project daily. We communicate fast and expect the same in return.
