English Writer For Vacation Rental/Airbnb Listing Description

Hello Upworkers!

We're looking for someone who can blend the art and science that's needed to create an outstanding vacation rental listing.

You'll be provided with an existing listing and some pre-done research to help spruce up the new version.

There are 5 informational areas that you'll be rewriting: The title, summary, space, guest access and other things to note (Average word count is 750 words)

All-in-all, we're looking for someone who is able to take an existing Airbnb listing and make it significantly more captivating.

The goal of the listing is to describe and shine up the property accurately, plus try to convert bookings.

Things to keep in mind:

• You're writing for an international audience, which means simplicity is your writing is important

• Be sure to utilize the keywords we've provided (very important)

• There are character limits for certain sections (the title and summary). Not a word limit, but a character limit specifically.

• Utilitize Google Maps to add in nearby attractions. Paint the picture of what guests can expect from staying in the area.

• Provide call-to-actions
