Manager, Data Analyst

Job Description:
• Manage a staff of data analysts
• Develop complex reports and analyze company data
• Serve as a technical resource for company staff
• Meet with clients on data analysis and benchmarking issues
• Provide training and data analysis education for program staff
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis
• Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong coding skills in SQL and Python
• Knowledge of risk management information systems
• Excellent oral and written communication
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Analytical and interpretive skills
• Strong organizational skills
