Project Overview
We’re building a two-part smart vape system: a rechargeable battery device (the battery
device) and a replaceable pod cartridge (the pod cartridge). We already have a functional
engineering prototype from our OEM manufacturer with confirmed internals and dimensions.
What we need now is a premium industrial design overhaul — taking the current engineering
spec and elevating the external design to feel like a truly premium consumer product. The goal
is a truly refined fit and finish: seamless surfaces, considered radii, comfortable in the hand, and
visually striking on a shelf.
The final deliverables will be sent to our OEM factory for tooling and sample production. This is
a real product heading to market — not a concept exercise.
