Data Entry Clerk 2 positions available
We are working with a large employer in the Chattanooga area to place 3 Data Entry Clerks into a 1 year contract opportunity. In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. Please note, this is a remote opportunity but candidate are required to live within 45 minutes of downtown Chattanooga.
Responsibilities...
Ā Efficiently process customer applications and ensure accuracy.
Ā Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
Ā Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.
Ā Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain expected performance levels.
Ā Utilize strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
Ā Operate basic Microsoft Office and Email systems effectively.
Ā Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ā Display strong interpersonal skills and maintain a positive teamwork ethic.
Ā Exhibit attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
Ā Adapt to a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
Ā Minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry role or similar position
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications
Ā Proven ability to perform scanning and typing tasks with accuracy
Ā Experience in email correspondence, with good written communication skills
Ā Demonstrated experience in data entry, with a high level of attention to detail
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ā Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ā Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ā A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
Ā Knowledge of the insurance industry would be advantageous
