We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead and enhance clinical operations across multiple healthcare facilities. This pivotal role is instrumental in achieving high-quality patient care and improving performance metrics in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Manage the daily clinical operations of affiliated facilities, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
Ā Monitor and evaluate provider performance, focusing on quality, productivity, and compliance with facility guidelines.
Ā Collaborate on quality initiatives such as Five-Star measures and QAPI initiatives, aimed at minimizing rehospitalizations.
Ā Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing and resolving partner concerns.
Ā Engage regularly with facility partners to nurture strong working relationships.
Ā Participate in the onboarding and ongoing education of facility personnel.
Ā Utilize various computer systems to streamline operations effectively.
Ā Collaborate closely with the VP of Clinical Operations and the team to ensure seamless operational workflows.
Required Skills
Ā Extensive knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) quality measures and regulatory requirements.
Ā Proven leadership experience, showcasing effective employee management and team development.
Ā Proficient in managing work Relative Value Units (wRVU) and understanding productivity metrics.
Ā Technologically adept with a strong command of various computer systems.
Ā Excellent problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Ā Strong autonomous working abilities while recognizing healthcare staffing needs.
Qualifications
Ā A minimum of five years in a leadership position within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), such as Director of Nursing or Administrator.
Ā A relevant clinical educational credential is required.
